The situation

Workr had grown into a strong contractor payroll and accounting business, but its brand, website and back-office processes needed harmonising after several aquisitions. Client data lived in multiple systems, materials looked inconsistent, and the owners were preparing to sell. They wanted the business to show well to buyers within a year.
